• USA: Orders are fulfilled via Amazon MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment). Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on region and Amazon logistics.

• Other Countries: Average delivery time is 1–2 weeks, but may vary depending on customs clearance and local carriers.

Shipping Fees

• USA: $7 flat rate shipping.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $49 (US only).

• Other Countries: Shipping fees vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

• Please provide a valid physical address to ensure successful delivery.

 

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

• International shipments (outside the USA) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country.

• These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable, even in the case of returns.

 

Address Issues & Returns

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or recipient’s absence, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

• Refunds for returned packages will be issued minus the original shipping and return shipping fees.

 

Address Modification

• If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.

• Once the order has been fulfilled, we may not be able to update the address, and the order will not be eligible for a refund.
