Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. -
Non-returnable Items
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and beauty products cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used.
We also do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or promotional bundles. -
Damaged / Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at global@newselect.co.kr so we can resolve the issue. -
Return Shipping Costs

Returns due to customer change of mind: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns due to damaged, faulty, or incorrect items: Shipping costs will be covered by EIOM Official.

Return Process
To start a return, please email global@newselect.co.kr with your order details. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at global@newselect.co.kr.

EU Customers
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the product is unused and unopened.
